お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.

不良品の場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

数量限定商品のため、ご注文確定後のキャンセルは原則お受けしておりません。
Due to the limited nature of the items, Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

ご注文時の配送先住所は正確にご入力ください。住所不備による未着・紛失については責任を負いかねます。
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered items due to incorrect addresses.

不在や受取拒否により返送された場合、再発送にかかる送料はお客様負担となります。
If a package is returned due to failed delivery or refusal, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

海外配送の場合、関税・輸入税が発生する場合がございます。お客様のご負担となります。
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may be incurred.

関税申告額の変更やギフト表記はお受けできません。
We cannot undervalue items or mark orders as gifts.

通関時に荷物が開封・検査される場合があります。また、通関手続きによる遅延が発生する場合がございます。
Packages may be opened for inspection by customs authorities. Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.

発送後の配送遅延や破損等については、配送業者の責任範囲となります。
